Unless otherwise stated on purchase invoice, Betst, llc. warrants to original Purchaser thatPow’R’kraft products are free from major defects in material under normal use and service for a periodof 90 days from the date the product is purchased or shipped whichever date is later. Commercialuse 180 days. Use at address that is not yours, is considered commercial use.Warranty as herein set forth shall not apply to supplier equipment such as engines. Such beingsubject to the warranty of their own respective manufactures.Consumable, Expendable, Wear Items (Examples: Rubber & plastic parts, hydraulic hoses, belts,tires, cables, blades, tines, wedges, teeth, tips, chains, pins, brushes, filters, etc.) are not covered underthis warranty. Warranty does not cover items that have been modified, damaged by abuse or usagenot in accordance with design or maintenance, such as cracked hydraulic pumps or bent/broken cylinderrods

Betst, llc. obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective product upon approvalby; Betst, llc., that Warranty Claim is Valid. Productshall be returned upon request of Betst, llc. Transportation charges to be prepaid by buyer.Betst, llc. assumes no responsibility for outside labor.
